Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative, in-office environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate vehicle records, supporting our accounting team, and ensuring our inventory systems are up to date and running smoothly. 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Use CDK to post, stock in, and manage new and used vehicle inventory
  • Perform accounting-related data entry and ensure accurate inventory postings
  • Maintain and update vehicle records with a high level of accuracy 
  • Complete repetitive data entry tasks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Communicate with sales and accounting teams to ensure proper inventory flow and documentation
