The role involves maintaining precise documentation, managing personal tasks and deadlines, and supporting order entry and inventory-related data activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and effective time management while working independently in a lab office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate data entry devices such as a keyboard and computer to verify, input, and update data accurately.
  • Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is complete, correct, and properly recorded in the system.
  • Enter and maintain inventory-related data to support accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Review, verify, and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of all data entry activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage personal workload and deadlines effectively to complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks and resolve basic data entry issues as they arise.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to support data entry, documentation, and reporting needs.
  • Follow established lab office procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits
