Description:
  • The data entry position is to aid with the incoming text messages.
  • Working in excel, updating spreadsheets with appointments as well as reschedules from text messages received.
  • Direct messages to the proper person and follow-up on each message to be sure a resolution has been attained.
  • Ensuring all messages are transcribed correctly and in a quick manor.
  • Call customers with any questions, while updating the spreadsheet.

Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of excel experience.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience
  • Must be ok with dogs in office.
