Data Conversion Analyst


Westlake, TX / Merrimack, NH / Covington, KY!- Hybrid


Onsite Hybrid


6+ months Contract (with possible extension)



Note:
Looking for a Benefits Analyst or Payroll Analyst with experience in Retirement/401(k) or Defined Contribution (DC) plans, along with some project management and client-facing experience.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring




  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above. A detailed understanding of Client's and its products and services is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners. The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events. Proven problem solving and client management abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.

  • This position requires some travel.

  • The ability to understand and work with payroll software programs.

  • Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, problem identification skills.

  • Strong organizational/time management skills, auditing skills.
