Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1015+ years overall experience in ERP data migration / data conversion.
• Proven experience in at least one or more Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong exposure to legacy ERP systems:
o Oracle EBS / JD Edwards / Viewpoint or similar
• Hands-on experience with:
o FBDI / HDL / ADFDI data loads
o Data migration / ETL tools (ODI, OIC, SQL-based tools)
• Strong understanding of domain data models:
o Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
o Projects / Job costing
• Experience in reconciliation, data validation, and audit compliance.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Experience with multi-ERP consolidation programs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data services.
• Experience in construction / engineering / EPC industry.
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data quality focus
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage large-scale, complex data programs
• Leadership and cross-functional coordination
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year
