Part-Time Document Scanning & File Management Associate
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 6 hours per day (Part-Time)
  • 9:00 am- 3:30 pm
  • Temporary
Pay:
  • $20.00–$21.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Document Scanning & File Management Associate to assist with digitizing and organizing company records. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working with electronic document management systems.
Responsibilities
  • Scan paper documents into digital files.
  • Label and organize files according to the designated naming conventions.
  • Upload completed files to the appropriate SharePoint folders.
  • Verify scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and readability.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company records.
  • Keep work area organized and report any scanning or file issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow established filing and naming procedures.
  • Dependable with the ability to work independently.
