• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing telehealth platforms to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring adaptation for the unique challenges posed by remote counseling.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in virtual consultations and meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will be hospice patients and their families, often facing significant emotional, psychological, and logistical challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, focusing on psychotherapy services relevant to hospice or end-of-life care.
• Proven knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, especially in a virtual format.
