Job description

Job Summary

Our laboratory activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an office-based Data Assistant to join our Data Management team in the Medpace Reference Lab. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Schedule 

4-5 days per week, 9AM-3PM

24-30 hours per week

Every other Saturday (unless willing to do every Saturday)

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of Data Management documents;
  • Partner with Sample Archives Assistants and Project Coordinators to resolve issues with incoming samples in the database;
  • Assist Data Coordinators with data cleaning activities (form verification, edits, data queries, data changes, missing samples)
  • Maintain Data Management documents (requisition forms, Data Management Unpacking Resolution Forms, Generic Unpacking forms, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma;
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
