DF Supply is looking for a detail-oriented Pricing & Data Coordinator to help maintain accurate vendor pricing, product information, and availability across our business. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers and sales team have dependable product and pricing information.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing and Data Coordinator to coordinate vendor pricing updates and maintain accurate product availability on our ecommerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving pricing puzzles, organizing complex spreadsheets, and communicating with multiple vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets based on vendor pricing updates
  • Apply multiple discount structures, tiered pricing, and promotional pricing
  • Identify discontinued items, add new products, and maintain accurate SKU data
  • Works with content team to get product information updated
  • Communicate with approximately 70 vendors to clarify pricing discrepancies or missing information
  • Upload updated pricing files
  • Collaborate with sales staff to resolve pricing questions and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation of pricing changes and vendor communications

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, round, text split, concat, substitute) plus table/filtering
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with vendors and internal teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple pricing updates simultaneously
  • Enjoys problem-solving and working through complex pricing scenarios
