Code Red Consultants is seeking a proactive and highly capable leader to own and advance the firm's enterprise business systems and data analytics environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is energized by modernizing systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities that support operations and firm growth.
This position will play a key role in shaping the future of the firm's internal business platforms, analytics environment, and decision-support capabilities. The individual in this role will help ensure systems are connected, scalable, and aligned with operational needs, while bringing a forward-looking mindset around data, automation, and the use of AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems & Business Applications
  • Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the firm's enterprise business systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), document management, collaboration, and other operational platforms.
  • Oversee system architecture, integrations, user access, governance, and platform performance across current and future business applications.
  • Govern and continuously evolve the firm's SharePoint and intranet environment, ensuring information architecture, structure, and user experience align with governance standards and business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and implement practical systems solutions.
  • Drive business process improvements, workflow enhancements, and scalable platform changes that support operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external resources to deliver system enhancements and ongoing platform evolution.
  • Own the architecture, configuration, integration, user access controls, data governance, and security of the firm's CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business processes & best practices.
Data & Analytics
  • Define and implement the firm's enterprise data strategy, including data sources, structure, quality, governance, stewardship, ownership, and access.
  • Help shape and modernize the firm's data and analytics environment to support operational visibility and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development of reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools that deliver actionable business insight.
  • Establish scalable data structures, reporting architecture, and analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Promote trusted, accurate, and decision-ready data across systems, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Apply modern tools, including AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, to support analytics development, workflow improvement, and business insight.
Architecture & Integration
  • Design and oversee integrations across enterprise systems to improve consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the organization.
  • Support data flows, automation, and scalable reporting structures across business platforms.
  • Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for enterprise systems and data usage.
  • Lead change management, adoption, and enablement efforts related to systems and analytics capabilities.
  • Support internal initiatives that improve enterprise platforms, data accessibility, and operational effectiveness .

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10-15+ years of experience leading or owning enterprise business systems, business applications, or related operational platforms
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, architecture, reporting, analytics, data workflows, and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with AI and AI-enabled tools that support analytics, workflow improvement, automation, or operations
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable systems and data solutions
  • Experience working across functions such as operations, IT, finance, HR, and executive leadership
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, business intelligence, data modeling, and the development of scalable analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Strong understanding of relational data, SQL (including complex queries), and data modeling principles
  • Experience administering modern SharePoint, including governance, permissions management, site architecture, and support of enterprise collaboration environments
  • Experience with platforms such as Unanet AE, Microsoft O365, Egnyte, Paylocity, and similar business systems is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a business-first mindset

Work Environment
Professional office. Hybrid & flexible work arrangement including office(s), project sites, and remote work. Schedule: At least 40 hours, Monday - Friday. Normal company business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000-160,000 (annually), plus eligibility for discretionary quarterly bonuses (based on individual and company performance). This compensation range and general benefits overview reflect Code Red Consultants' good faith estimate for this position. This range considers various factors involved in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to the successful applicant's skills, experience, education, licensure, location, and internal equity.
