Position mission:
Support the VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy by managing IIANCs data infrastructure and transforming data into a strategic asset: delivering reliable data, actionable insights, and innovative solutions that strengthen decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive member-focused results.
Location:
Must be able to work from our Cary, NC office at least two days a week after training.

Position responsibilities:
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy and staff to optimize IIANCs digital platforms (AMS, CMS, and related systems).
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and system performance across platforms.
  • Support system upgrades and integrations, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop queries, reports, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Establish and document SOPs, data governance standards, and best practices.
  • Provide staff training and technical support on data systems and reporting tools.
  • Identify and recommend new tools and process improvements to enhance data capabilities.
  • Support cross-departmental projects to ensure efficient and effective data workflows.

What qualifications you bring:
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in data analytics, data manipulation, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling)
  • Relational database querying
  • Experience in CRM administration (preferably with Dynamics365 and or HubSpot)
  • Basic Web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with the Microsoft365 ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, CoPilot studio)
  • Comfortable integrating 3rd-party APIs into workflows and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to all stakeholders in IIANC.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as python is a plus
