Your Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate requirements, develop and implement data concepts and/or analyze, interpret and report on data and related information for the business or domain assigned.
  • Gather and evaluate business needs with respect to data and develop data models that best meet the information requirements.
  • Develop and implement concepts for improving data-related processes, and recommend appropriate IT systems for utilization.
  • Consolidate data rules, analyze, extract and enrich data, proceed with complex mass data changes and resolve data quality issues.
  • Build or configure reports and analytical solutions to generate additional information from data based on given toolsets.
  • Enable and support stakeholders in the data network and share guidelines, standards and best practices with the organization.
  • Support the planning, rollout, and adoption of S4 HANA and related applications.
  • Implement IT systems and tools that enhance planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Create and maintain logistics and planning master data in alignment with global standards.
  • Participate in regional and local S4 HANA team meetings, providing insights and feedback from the manufacturing plants.
  • Work directly within manufacturing and logistics environments to understand system impact and operational needs.
  • Train end users on S4 HANA and related systems, promoting consistent standards and best practices.
  • Enable and support stakeholders within the larger data network, sharing knowledge and fostering adoption
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Technical field of study
  • 3 to 5 years experience overall with proven experience in production planning, logistics, supply chain management, or process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, and manufacturing planning/logistics systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and act on complex datasets.
  • Ability to apply systematic approaches and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Comfortable working near manufacturing and logistics equipment as needed to support operational processes.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
