An International company, located in Plano, TX, is seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager for a 7+ month contract role.
What we"re looking for
oThe Data and Analytics solutions (DAS) department is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy entry-level Data analytics engineer to join our analytics team. If you're passionate about turning data into insights and enabling smarter decisions in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you"ll be instrumental in building and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that empower insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
oReporting to the Senior Manager - Data Analytics within the Enterprise Data organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and uncover trends, develop transformation logic, and craft compelling data stories that make raw data meaningful and actionable

What you"ll be doing
oData Democratization-related activities to drive data drivel decision making culture at TMNA
oDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
oDevelop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
oAnalyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
oCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
oPrepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives
oClean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats
oPerform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usability
oEnsure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analytics
oDocument processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives
*Requirements:
Qualifications/ What you bring:
oBachelor"s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience. In total 10+ Years of experience.


o7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
o7-8 years of experience in some of these technologies:
oPower BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME
o5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
oProficient in complex SQL and Excel
o7-8 years of experience in researching new data sources and build insightful dashboards.
oUnderstanding of data security, privacy, and cloud-based storage
oStrong communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical data into business insights
oCuriosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
Bonus if you have (Preferred):
oExperience in Data Democratization projects
oData Analysis/Analytics certifications.
oExperience in the automotive industry.
oAWS or Azure Data certifications.
oExposure to Python or R
