Job Summary:Build a Bigger, Better, Bolder Future:The Vice President of Global Data and Analytics will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise data for Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. (LCE) to further build on goals of being a data-driven global enterprise. The position is responsible for data analytics, data science, business intelligence, data engineering and data governance functions.Key responsibilities include identifying and articulating strategic data opportunities, developing and executing a comprehensive enterprise data roadmap, and ensuring alignment across all areas of the business.

The role is also accountable for building organizational capability through talent development and upskilling, while driving a cohesive, forward-looking data strategy across LCE.Your Mission: Responsible for owning and developing the vision, strategy, and execution for global enterprise data, analytics and business intelligence , ensuring scalability of systems processes and talent.Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and engage with senior leaders to both educate them on what is possible and to ensure that their immediate needs are being met.Creation and management of a global integrated analytics roadmap.Lead the team responsible for building and managing the technical infrastructure, data platform and visualization technologies.Ensure that the support structure is in place for all data products to meet our business SLAs.Lead the team responsible for creating and maintaining the reporting and analytics tools which support LCE executive leadership, all LCE corporate departments, franchisees, restaurant managers and crews.Lead and scale a global team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, driving enterprise analytics and empowering business functions through modern tools, high-quality data, and advanced analytical expertise.Define and own the strategy for investments, working closely with key business analytics leaders, and executive management.Manage data insights and analytics, including enterprise dashboards and support the creation of functional dashboards in partnership with business functions.Oversee various current and potential visualization and analytics tools leveraging Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. technology wherever appropriate.Create an environment where power users have access to the data and self-service tools that they need to drive their business units forward.Oversee global data governance and data integrity protocols and procedures.Support machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives.Drive, mentor, and motivate the organization to focus on continuous operational excellence, enterprise analytics architecture evolution, improved solution design practices, and high-value technology selection decisions with transparency to business leaders and alignment with enterprise architecture.Build an internal and external brand for the organization aimed at talent acquisition and retention in a highly competitive market. Who You Are:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field.Minimum of fifteen (15) years working in data pipelines, data warehouse, data analytics, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), or related disciplines.Minimum of ten (10) years working with a broad range of business intelligence (BI) tools.Minimum of 10 years of management experience, including leading individual contributors and/or teams, with demonstrated accountability for performance management, talent development, and succession planning to support progression into more senior-level roles.Experience building and leading data analytics, data science, and data engineering teams, including scaling capabilities (e.g., team size, tools, or platforms) and delivering measurable business outcomes. What Will Make You Stand Out:  Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field.Experience working with customer data in a retail or quick service restaurant environment.Experience working for/with business to consumer (B2C) technology companies.Knowledge and practical application of advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts and principles.Experience in driving and leading data governance practices.Experience productionizing machine learning models. Where You Will Work:  Works in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust and the like.This position requires approximately 10%-20% travel which may include travel to restaurant locations and trade shows.
