Job Summary:
Mindlance is a national recruiting company which partners with many of the leading employers across the country. They are seeking a Big Data Developer to install, configure, and administer Cloudera clusters, as well as develop functionality within Hadoop clusters and manage data files in HDFS.
Responsibilities:
• Installing, configuring & administering Cloudera cluster (Cloud or on-prem)
• Conducts performance tests on all environments
• Ability to develop functionality within a Hadoop clusters
• Ability to manage data files available in the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
• Configuring HIVE and Oozie to store metadata in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Developing HIVE scripts to combine and find data insights
• Utilizing SQOOP to export data insights from HDFS
• This position will be supporting the customer information analytic's platform.
Qualifications:
Required:
