What Youโ€™ll Do

As the Database Administrator, youโ€™ll be the expert behind our fundraising operations, serving as the primary administrator for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT while ensuring the integrity of our donor database and gift administration process.

In this highly collaborative role, youโ€™ll :

  • Lead all gift processing from receipt through acknowledgement and reconciliation.
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards that guide fundraising strategy.
  • Transform donor data into compelling stories that demonstrate philanthropic impact.
  • Partner closely with Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operations and decisionโ€‘making.
  • Support annual, major, corporate, foundation, planned, and legacy giving initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen donor stewardship.
  • Help cultivate a culture of philanthropy across the organization.

Weโ€™re Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Experience managing Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT (3โ€“5+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising operations and donor database management
  • Experience with gift processing, financial reconciliation, and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problemโ€‘solving abilities
  • A passion for accuracy, continuous improvement, and collaboration
  • The ability to communicate complex data in ways that inspire action
  • Comfortable accepting an annual salary between $64,000 and $68,000.

Experience with Financial Edge, planned giving, nonprofit accounting, or fundraising analytics is a plus.
