- Assist in building business cases for equipment refreshes and technology upgrades

- Provide insights into direct and indirect operating costs, including hardware, subscriptions, and service contracts

- Participate in quarterly and annual reviews with data-driven recommendations

- Travel to sites as needed to support data validation, stakeholder engagement, and project alignment

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics, fleet, or industrial operations

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred:

- Familiarity with KPI development and SLA tracking

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

- Experience with telemetry or IoT systems

- Familiarity with SAP platforms

- Understanding of MHE lifecycle, maintenance practices, and cost modeling
