Phoenix Textile Corporation has been a trusted supplier to healthcare, institutional, and government customers since 1983. We are a privately held company headquartered in the St. Louis region with more than 100 employees nationwide. Phoenix Government Services (PGS) is a dedicated division serving federal, military, and government agencies throughout the United States.
Position Summary
The Government Procurement Analyst supports Phoenix Government Services by identifying government contract opportunities, analyzing contract and product performance, managing supplier relationships, and helping maintain a competitive portfolio of products and services for government customers.
What You'll Do
  • Support government contract opportunities including DAPA, GSA, VA FSS, MSPV and related programs. • Monitor contract compliance and performance. • Analyze pricing, profitability, product utilization and market trends. • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing agreements. • Support inventory planning, forecasting and contract execution. • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Management teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, purchasing, supply chain or analytical roles. • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Government contracting experience preferred.
