We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst with language expertise in Spanish (Native/Fluent) to join our team and work on exciting projects.
Essential functions
  • Support specific digital storefronts by providing language, culture, and market expertise
  • Use statistical and computational methods to identify patterns in quantitative data
  • Build dashboards, scripts, or workflows that streamline evaluation reporting
  • Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights
  • Shape dataset criteria and construct adversarial and stress-test datasets
  • Shape evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria, including fidelity to safety policies
  • Shape the development of automated evaluation pipelines that collect, automatically judge, and analyze model outputs at scale

Qualifications
  • Language expertise in Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, etc.)
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience working with large datasets
