Digital Data Analyst

Walser Automotive Group

Hopkins, MN • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO

Posted 16 days ago

Job description

For more than 70 years, Walser Automotive Group has put people first: our customers, our employees, and our communities. As a family-owned, family-run company, we’ve grown to 29 dealerships representing 26 brands across Minnesota, Kansas, and Illinois.

We lead with innovation, technology, and a promise to deliver an exceptional experience every time.

  • And your work here matters: a portion of every vehicle sold and serviced supports the Walser Foundation, investing in schools, nonprofits, and workforce programs in our communities.

At Walser, success starts with people. Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a real impact.

Own the Digital Side of the Store

Every text, call, and email that comes into this store is an opportunity. Your job is to make sure none of them get dropped, and to build a team that handles them better every month.

This is a leadership role with a number attached. You'll own digital performance, coach the sales floor on how to work leads, and drive used car volume and market share. You'll do the job first, then teach it.

What You'll Own

  • Digital performance. Response time, follow-up, and conversion across text, calls, and email. You set the standard and hold it.
  • Coach Customer Specialists on lead handling and follow-up. Lead by example: do it on the floor before you teach it.
  • Market share and used car volume. Drive appointments and sales through equity mining, database campaigns, and proactive outreach to existing customers and unsold opportunities.

Day to Day

  • Run a daily service-to-sales process and monitor every incoming lead for speed and quality of response
  • Own database and equity mining campaigns in DriveCentric (CRM) and AutoAlert, and manage business rules, lead routing, lead sources, and user setup
  • Report on key metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, and act on what they say
  • Work with the General Manager and Sales Managers to identify and coach underperformers
  • Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

What You Bring

  • Automotive experience. You know how a store runs and how a deal comes together.
  • 1 to 2 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Reliability and accountability. You own your number and your team's.
  • A sense of urgency. Leads go cold fast and you move like it.
  • Self-starter with disciplined follow-up. Nothing falls through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Positive attitude that holds up on a hard day
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • A plus: DriveCentric, AutoAlert, VinSolutions, or similar CRM experience, and bilingual fluency

What's In It For You

  • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus HSA and FSA access and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with Employer Match, Paid Time Off, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Fertility and Adoption Assistance up to $10,000, and a Paid Clothing Program twice a year
  • Growth: We promote from within. This seat opens doors into sales and store leadership.
  • Employee Discounts, referral bonuses, Employee Resource Groups, and Walser Foundation community involvement

If you want your leadership to show up on the board every week, we want to hear from you.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Walser Automotive Group is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBTQ+ employer.
