Job Description

IBM MDM Data Modeler MDM Data Modeler with 7 years of experience in Information Management Domain and minimum one recent full life cycle implementation experience in IBM MDM Data Modeling in various domains such as Customer and Account. Significant experience of all aspects of the SDLC in the MDM domain is required.

The selected candidate will have following responsibilities:

Design and extend MDM data model - Party and Account Domain

Provide expertise in working with MDM Architect and Lead Developer using IBM MDM V.10 or later. Experience in recent versions of MDM preferred.

Work with onshore/offshore team to manage the deliverables

Qualifications Key requirements for this position are:

Graduate with 2+ yrs of hands on working experience in IBM MDM Data Model

Experience in design and development of logical and physical data models

Extend and customize the IBM data model based on the business requirements eg. House holding, introducing new subject areas

Perform data analysis on source system data for documenting source to target mapping and transformation rules

Work closely with the Business Analysts and project team to understand the business needs and data flow in/out

Proven background as the role of data modeler for MDM engagement

Sound knowledge of framework and lifecycle of Master Data Management

Strong written and oral communications skills

Coordinating with offshore/onshore teams and help team to deliver on time

Release and delivery preparation in various iterations during the project Prefer candidates with following skills and experience: Financial services industry experience strongly preferred

Self starter, able to work independently and manage personal time on multiple opportunities simultaneously

Ability to identify, manages, and escalates risks to be able to influence project scope and timelines when necessary. Thought leadership in MDM Data Modeling and Information Management Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in Information Management Domain

At least 2 years experience in IBM MDM Data Model in Party and Account Model Domains

Proven experience data modeling working with implementing IBM Infosphere MDM
