Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • RFP & Pricing Analysis Support- Assist in reviewing RFP requirements and translating customer needs into supply chain and warehouse solutions. Support development of cost and pricing models aligned with company guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Financial Modeling- Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost drivers and support decision-making. Build and maintain models using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Supply Chain & Network Analysis- Support network design activities including transportation flow analysis, inventory positioning, and scenario modeling using tools like Coupa, AnyLogistix, or similar platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to support solution development, feasibility assessments, and proposal creation.
  • Proposal Development & Process Support- Assist in preparing client presentations, maintaining RFP tracking logs, and contributing to standardized pricing templates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op programs)
  • Exposure to warehouse, distribution, 3PL, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Exposure to optimization/modeling tools (e.g., Coupa, AnyLogistix, Blue Yonder) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or transportation systems preferred
  • Understanding of Lean principles or Six Sigma concepts is a plus

Pay / Benefits / Perks

  • Pay rate: $65k-70k
