IT Survey & Data Analytics Intern - Paid

IT Data 2026 Internship 10-15 hours a week. Flexibility to work around your school schedule! Hourly rate: $15.00 (Will comply with any state wage requirements) We're looking for an intern to join the Systems and Technology Team with availability to start ASAP and with availability through January 2026 with a possible extension through the spring or summer semester. The ideal candidate can work independently, is hardworking and eager to learn.

We're a global network of passionate professionals working to amplify Jewish teen life worldwide. We are the Jewish community's largest and fastest growing pluralistic platform for reaching and inspiring Jewish teens, built on 100 years of storied history. We do this challenging and invigorating work through our partners in more than 725 local, teen-led chapters across nearly 60 countries, at hundreds of weekend retreats during the school year and across a rapidly growing suite of global exchanges, campaigns and movement initiatives all year-round. Over the summer, we run dozens of immersive experiences including extensive Israel travel, missions and community tours across six continents, and myriad leadership camps. The IT Data internship is ideal for a college student studying IT, computer science, math, business (or any related field) who wants to contribute creatively to a global organization with a growing audience of over 80,000 teens worldwide

Responsibilities

  • Design, distribute, and manage various organization and programmatic surveys
  • Analyze survey findings and create clear and visually engaging presentations summarizing survey results
  • Provide written summaries of key takeaways and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to refine survey questions and improve data collection strategies
  • Assist with creation and management of reports and dashboards inside Salesforce
  • Work one-on-one with staff to support Salesforce reporting

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
  • High level proficiency with PCs and Microsoft OS.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SurveyMonkey a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work 10 – 15 hours per week. This is a part time internship.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
