Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We support investors, fund managers, operators, and finance professionals across private markets by integrating deal flow, analytical talent, investor relations support, training, and placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to create immediate earning opportunities, verified credibility, and real transaction exposure for serious deal professionals. Once verified, associates can begin earning income immediately by supporting live transactions across the Initio Sphere network.

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Analysis Associates.

This is not a traditional employment role. Deal Analysis Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, Deal Analysis Associates:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to real, paid deal analysis and transaction support work

• Support investors, sponsors, and operators throughout the transaction lifecycle

• Build a verified deal track record and proprietary Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Deal Analysis Associate · Lead Deal Analysis Associate · Deal Analysis Associate

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–200/hour

• Typical Background:
  Former investment banking, private equity, M&A advisory, transaction services, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of deal experience

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–150/hour

• Typical Background:
  Finance professionals with 3–5 years of hands-on transaction, diligence, or advanced modeling experience

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–100/hour

• Typical Background:
  Entry to mid-level analysts with strong financial modeling, analytical, and execution support skills

Depending on certification approvals, Deal Analysis Associates may support the following transaction-related activities:

• Deal screening and opportunity assessment

• Sources & uses analysis

• Capital structure and returns analysis

• Scenario and downside case evaluation

• Transaction timeline and data room support

• 3-statement operating models

• DCF and LBO modeling

• Commercial real estate underwriting

• Sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

• Football field valuation summaries

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis support

• Financial, commercial, and operational diligence

• Risk identification and mitigation analysis

• Investment committee and deal memo support

Associates may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for.
Approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance—not tenure.

1. Complete the Deal Analysis Associate Certification Assessment or approved training

2. Receive category-specific approvals (Deal Analysis, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live transaction support

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified associates are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors within the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each Deal Analysis Associate receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility to sponsors and investors

• Approved deal support categories

• Recommended hourly compensation levels

• Associates are independent contractors, not employees

• Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level

• Associates may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues

Deal Analysis Associates do not:

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
