Job description


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a student interested in completing an internship within the ESG department, with an academic background related to Environmental, Social, and Governance.

 
DUTIES

  • Support in managing questionnaires received from clients, ensuring proper data collection and timely submission of the required information.
  • Coordinate with different departments within the firm to gather relevant information and data, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective compliance with requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sustainability-related information and preliminary reporting processes, in coordination with other departments.
  • Participate in the preparation of sustainability reports and integrated reports, supporting the team throughout the different stages of the process until final approval by the relevant governing body.
  • Provide support in monitoring sustainability plans, objectives, and programs, as well as non-financial risk governance initiatives, including the collection and analysis of metrics aligned with current standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate collaboration and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders on sustainability-related matters, under the supervision of the firm's ESG team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sign an internship agreement
  • Availability to join full-time in September or October
  • Academic background in environmental sustainability and/or ESG
