Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead digital transformation initiatives by bridging IT Service Management (ITSM) processes with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. This role is ideal for a professional with 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience who is passionate about streamlining IT service delivery, embedding sustainability metrics, and building impactful workflows that enhance both operational efficiency and corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & ITSM Development
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions covering core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Transform business requirements into scalable, ITIL-compliant digital workflows.
Scripting & Automation
  • Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to automate processes and enforce data integrity.
  • Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow tools to automate ITSM and ESG processes for efficiency and consistency.
ESG Integration & Reporting
  • Build custom ServiceNow applications to capture and monitor sustainability metrics, environmental performance, social responsibility, and governance indicators.
  • Collaborate with ESG, compliance, and business teams to design dashboards and automate periodic ESG reporting.
Performance Analytics & Workspaces
  • Configure and maintain Workspaces and Performance Analytics dashboards to visualize ITSM and ESG data.
  • Provide actionable insights by integrating IT service data with ESG KPIs, enabling data-driven sustainability initiatives.
Integration & API Management
  • Develop and manage REST APIs and scripted REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with ESG data providers and enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange that supports decision-making, compliance, and real-time monitoring.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in ITSM modules.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating or managing ESG-related processes or sustainability reporting within enterprise platforms (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
