Job Description Job Description Corky Bell School of Dance in Helena, AL is a premier dance studio in looking to add to our passionate, inspiring, and professional staff. We believe in cultivating a positive learning environment centered in building up the next generation of dancers. Our instructors understand the importance of a child's development at every age and creates a class structure that best suits each age group and skill level.

We are hiring talented and experienced dance teachers for part-time positions teaching all areas of dance. Qualified applicants should come with experience giving exceptional instruction to dancers between the ages of 2.5-18 years old. We are looking for dance instructors who want to dedicate their time to teaching with us and be a part of its dance studio team.

Qualifications: All applicants must have at least 3+ years prior teaching experience or applicable education Must be knowledgeable in the proper dance techniques Must be a team player Must have reliable transportation Must be able to meet deadlines Driven and ambitious who strive to make a difference in each child and our community Styles of dance instructors we are looking for: Early Childhood Jazz Ballet Tap Hip-Hop Lyrical Contemporary Responsibilities: Teach students proper dance technique instruct students to perform, rehearse, and memorize dance routines Be a role model to all age students and an ambassador for our program Instill the love of dance in every student Attend and help with winter and spring performances What we offer: Competitive pay Company values Growth opportunities Professional development assistance Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Diversity, equity, and inclusion If you are interested, please submit your application, teaching/dance resume, a letter of recommendation and describe your dance/teaching style and training that you've received.
