Job description

Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Winston-Salem is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Ballroom Dance Instructors.
This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in the dance industry while working in a positive, energetic, and professional environment. You will be joining a successful and enthusiastic team that is passionate about helping people grow through dance.
No prior dance teaching experience is required. We provide paid training and a strong support system to help you develop the skills needed to become a confident and successful instructor.
Requirements
Key Duties:
  • Teach private dance lessons and group classes
  • Work with students of different skill levels
  • Create a fun and welcoming learning environment
  • Participate in studio events and dance socials
  • Continue developing dance and teaching skills

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work evenings and some weekends
  • Interest in dance, fitness, or performing arts
  • Teaching or dance experience is a plus but not required
