Description
Summary of the position: To assist the administration of the corporation business by maintaining a complete and systematic set of accounting records of all financial transactions in accordance with the State Board of Accounts.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Supervises: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answers telephone, takes messages, and provides information or refers caller to someone else.
• Schedules appointments, and announces appointment arrivals.
• Types of correspondence, reports, memos, School Board materials, etc.
• Files documents and reports
• Coordinate Board meeting packet
• Opens mail daily and distributes
• Complete surveys and state reports as assigned.
• Orders supplies for the office.
• Organizes and distributes the School Board book
• Coordinates Administrative Retreats
• Expulsion Hearing recorder
• Attends School Board meetings and is responsible for transcribing minutes for meetings.
• Types of school directory
• Performs other duties as assigned.
