GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for a dynamic Cold Caller who is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, and promoting company services or products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
The Cold Caller will follow call scripts, update customer information in the database, and report call outcomes to the sales or marketing team. They must be able to maintain a positive attitude, meet daily or weekly targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools (preferred)
  • Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use
