Unlimited Biking is the largest bike rental, tour, and cycling events bike rental provider in the US operating in New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Santa Monica, San Diego, and Miami. Our goal is to provide our customers with the ability to create meaningful and memorable experiences as they explore by bike.
Join Our Team!
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bike Event Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic cycling events team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our bikes and equipment to various cycling event locations, while also assisting with on-site setup and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving and Transportation:
    • Operate a 26' non-CDL box truck to transport bikes, equipment, to and from bike events
    • Ensure the safe loading, securing, and unloading of bikes and equipment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Event Setup and Support:
    • Assist the team in the setup and breakdown of bike rental stations at event sites.
    • Maintain brand standards for appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
    • Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members.

Requirements:
  • Valid and Clean Driver's License.
  • Commercial Driving Experience: Proven experience operating 26-foot box trucks is required (Truck delivery driver or others)
  • Vehicle Operation: Ability to safely and proficiently drive and maneuver a 26-foot box truck in various traffic and weather conditions.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (part-time position).
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to event locations, including overnight trips.
  • Early Morning Availability: Must be able to start shifts as early as 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM from Secaucus, NJ.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, load, and move bicycles and event equipment.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Demonstrated history of being dependable and on time.
