Building rapport with participants and fostering a sense of community are also important for maintaining engagement and ensuring everyone benefits from the class.

What are Tai Chi classes?

Tai Chi classes are group or individual sessions where participants learn and practice Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art known for its slow, flowing movements and focus on breathing, balance, and relaxation. These classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and often emphasize health, stress reduction, and gentle exercise rather than combat. Instructors guide students through a series of postures and movements designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
