We are looking for certified team players in all formats. A group fitness instructor will lead and direct participants of all levels to feel successful in a Group Fitness class. A Group Fitness instructor delivers a world class experience in every class, every time. Coaching form, properly cuing movements, and motivating participants to achieve the best version of themselves are required of an O2 Fitness instructor. Connecting with participants and encouraging involvement in the Group Fitness culture and community is also a necessity. The O2 Fitness Group Fitness Instructor also works within the Group Fitness team to cover classes where needed and fosters a fun and encouraging environment to achieve real results.
  • Responsible for coaching classes as well as being available to fill in if needed
  • Consistent delivery of exceptional member experience to all levels of fitness
  • Responsible for providing all members with a welcoming, clean, caring and professional experience across a wide range of possible clientele
  • Thrive in a Team Environment and be a positive part of the team
  • Help the Group Fitness Manager in the delivery of workouts and progressions
  • Accountability to policies like punctuality and attire
  • LesMills Group Fitness Certification or
  • General Group Fitness Certification for Freestyle Classes (subject to approval) including AFAA, ACE, IFTA, Fitour
  • Current CPR/AED Certification (can be obtained through O2 Fitness if needed)
  • Excellent communication skills
