This role combines elements of personal training and group fitness, allowing for individualized attention within a supportive group setting. Small group instructors design and guide workouts tailored to participants’ fitness levels and goals, ensuring proper form and motivation throughout each session. They may specialize in specific formats such as HIIT, yoga, strength training, or boot camp. Their aim is to create a fun, safe, and effective workout environment that fosters community and personal growth.
