Location: Riverside HQ
Compensation: $18 per hour

Summary
At Jenson USA, our Will Call team is more than a point of sale, they're a vital connection between our product and the cycling community. If you're passionate about bikes and love helping people find what they need, this could be the role for you. We're looking for someone with sales experience-ideally in bikes or a similar lifestyle-focused industry-who knows how to connect with customers, recommend the right gear, and build relationships that keep them coming back. Experience with solution-based and suggestive selling is a big plus. Weekend shifts are a regular part of our retail rhythm, Saturday/Sunday work may be regularly scheduled.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides Jenson USA customers with exceptional customer service through selling product and meeting customer needs
  • Demonstrates a true passion for cycling and stay informed on the latest cycling products, technology, and market trends.
  • Problem solve customer inquiries by investigating problems, developing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Completes inventory transactions and movements with a high level of accuracy.
  • Facilitates Will-Call customer's orders, transactions, and distribute prepaid store pickup orders to customers who have ordered in advance.
  • Responds to incoming customer email and telephone customer support on an as-needed basis.
  • Prepares the retail store for normal operations and handle the End of Day procedures.
  • Promotes a team environment by collaborating with teammates to meet customer expectations.
  • Problem solve customer inquiries by investigating problems, developing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Advocates for cycling in the local community
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be computer literate (browser, email, office applications
  • Passionate, friendly, outgoing, eager-to-learn attitude
  • Prior sales experience and training preferred
