Job description

We need Cyberlife, COBOL, VSAM, JCL, REXX and CICS else if you have someone who knows CyberLife + Microfocus then that will also work.
The person can work remotely, i.e. anywhere in the USA.
CyberLife COBOL Tech Developer [Location: Anywhere in the USA]
• 8+ year of Software Development experience including 5+ years of with CyberLife product
• APPS NICHE SKILLS - MAINFRAME TECHNOLOGY - CyberLife
• Must have Knowledge of COBOL, VSAM, JCL, REXX, CICS
• In-depth understanding of the Life Insurance domain
• Experience working in Agile teams, onshore-offshore model
• Applying Analytical & Coding skills for designing system changes. Code, develop, debug, and deliver to QA for testing, followed by deployment in production.
• Preferably knowledge of CyberLife online and batch processing architecture
• Experience in CyberLife product support, break-fix, maintenance, and new product implementation will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Nice to have - Understanding of Microfocus Cobol, Cloud Modernization.
