Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for experienced DOD Cyber Operational Planners to support the Joint Staff, CNMF, and CMTs to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Execute analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership on Cyber Operations, DCO, OCO, and other mission areas such as managed attribution and persona management
  • Process cyber mission data and metrics and apply them to DOD Cyber mission parameters and provide recommendations on best TTPs, Technologies, Policies, and courses of action to achieve mission-oriented objectives
  • Assist with developing and assessing Measures of Performance, and Measures of Effectiveness supporting CONPLAN, OPLAN development
  • Provide input for development of plans, orders and related documents that enable CNMF to conduct Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) to meet approved mission outcomes
  • Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Groups/Teams
  • Develop and integrate cyber capabilities into plans and operations
  • Apply operational art/design to develop plans to achieve desired intermediate objectives and end states
  • Develop orders; help orchestrate/support execution and assessments; adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with cyber intelligence planners to establish intelligence requirements; understand and evaluate current and emerging threats shaping and affecting tasked mission areas of responsibility
  • Facilitate C2, employment and support requirements for National Mission Teams, Combat Mission Teams, Combat Support Teams, Cyber Protect Teams, and other mission-tailored operational elements
  • Monitor/review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters; make recommendations to help establish most effective guidance for plans/operations
  • Develop and help integrate cyberspace capabilities into training and exercises as required

What You'll Need:
  • BS and 5 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber Operations role for DOD or the IC

Security Clearance:
  • An active TS/SCI level clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
