Job Description:

•             Define endtoend technical architecture for NICE CXone implementations
•             Design scalable and resilient solutions for IVR and call routing Omnichannel
•             Create architecture diagrams technical blueprints and design documents
•             Establish CXone technical standards best practices and reusable patterns
•             Provide deep technical expertise in CXone Studio scripting ACD configuration IVR
•             Review and approve complex Studio scripts and routing logic
•             Design and govern integrations between NICE CXone and enterprise systems Like CRM Order case management 3rd party API
•             Architect screen pops data dips agent assist and realtime data exchange
•             Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security privacy and regulatory standards
•             Design high availability failover and disaster recovery strategies
•             Review telephony and SIP architectures for reliability and performance
•             Collaborate with crossfunctional teams developers business analysts project managers
•             Create technical documentation diagrams and handoff materials
•             Stay updated on Nice best practices and new features
•             Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developmentsupport teams
Required Skills
