Their role involves analyzing customer feedback, designing strategies to enhance satisfaction, and ensuring that all customer touchpoints are optimized for a positive experience. Cx Managers often work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and support to address customer needs and drive loyalty. They play a key role in shaping the company’s reputation and fostering long-term customer relationships.

What are some common challenges a CX manager faces when implementing new customer experience initiatives?

CX Managers often encounter challenges when trying to align different departments around new customer experience strategies. Gaining buy-in from stakeholders, integrating customer feedback into existing processes, and managing change across teams can be complex. Safety, Quality & Documentation (15%)
  • Help enforce site safety expectations, field quality standards, and disciplined execution practices across MEP scopes.
  • Verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and project requirements.
  • Maintain organized field documentation, issue tracking, and execution records needed to support commissioning and closeout.
  • Support QA/QC walks, punch resolution, and field verification activities tied to system readiness.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, schedules, and field documentation, and use sound judgment in fast-paced project environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and digital field / commissioning tools preferred
  • Ability to operate independently in the field while staying aligned with project management and MEP / Cx leadership
