What You'll Do The Customer Service & Inventory Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Haven, FL. This position oversees daily customer service activities, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The supervisor manages inventory processes, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting accurate documentation in warehouse management systems. The role includes leading and coaching team members, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and reinforcing standard operating procedures. The supervisor collaborates across departments to support efficient operations and continuous process improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service, Inventory or warehouse operations leader with a positive leadership mindset and ability to hold people accountable
  • Ability to become a proficient user of CWI Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory control and/or warehousing practices and methods
  • Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Winter Haven, FL and collaborate across departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
