Stocks merchandise onto shelves for order selectors in the distribution department for the 11am-7pm shift. Taking responsibility for maintaining elevated levels of item accuracy and distribution performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe, compliant, and quality-driven work practices.

What you will do:

  • Reviews, stores, and thoroughly comprehends store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed for all orders.
  • Picks and prepares cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging for needed cases of product, placing items in a designated location for collection.
  • Maintains an elevated level of accuracy for merchandise stocked, to maintain full compliance to departmental performance standards.
  • Maintains consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to effectively adhere to departmental quality standards.
  • Cross-trains employees in stock distribution as well as other associated warehouse duties to build team capabilities and efficiencies.
  • Works to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, to maximize safety standards and assist in reducing accidents.
  • Monitors day-to-day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
  • 0-2 years work experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
