Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for project planning and performance? We’re seeking a Project Controls Specialist who’s ready to dive into dynamic projects, support high-performing teams, and help shape the future of our operations.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for our Project Managers, helping keep projects on track by monitoring budgets and schedules closely. You’ll play a key role in planning projects from the ground up, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve tracking earned value, managing purchase orders, and staying on top of any change orders that come through. You’ll also work with contracts to ensure billing terms are accurate—because the details matter. It’s a role that blends organization, communication, and a sharp eye for numbers, all within a collaborative team environment.

While this position offers remote flexibility, you may be expected to visit a local office occasionally for meetings, collaboration, and team engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a project controls or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in cost loading and project planning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Deltek, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Projects.

HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
