Position Summary
The Analyst position will be part of the Treasury Bank Governance and Administration team. Responsibilities of this role will include work that touches on bank fees, security administration, SOX controls and support of project implementations. This position will backup the Sr. Analysts for various treasury related responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager to assist in ongoing various projects supporting the banking needs of the enterprise. The Analyst will also support upper management in various ad hoc analysis, as required.

1) Responsible for the management and resolution of all bank fee management cases. Contribute to bank fee forecasting process.

2) Assist with preparation of GL entries supporting the bank fee process.

3) Prepare responses for quarterly SOX controls. Communicate with audit through Audit Board. Ensure compliance with SOX deadlines

4) Support the Security Administration team by assisting with the fulfillment of access / entitlement requests. Track / manage access via team database.


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel and Outlook)
  • 1+ years of strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana General Ledger
  • Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger
  • Knowledge of FIS Integrity
  • Knowledge of HCB / CVS legal entity structure
  • Knowledge of Cash Management
  • Accounting Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
