Job description

Curo Pet Care is looking for a highly experienced leader in the veterinary or broader medical/service industry to serve as its Regional Hospital Administrator for the Denver area. The role will center on the direct oversight and management of our existing practices in the region and the planning, construction and growth of new, state of the art multi-doctor practices in the area.

We are a team of successful entrepreneurs and doctors using our own capital to improve the veterinary industry. Itโ€™s our mission to partner with medical and management teams at the practices we acquire or start to provide the best, progressive, leading edge, compassionate care to our staff, patients and clients. Our practices have industry leading medical teams, state of the art equipment, dedicated support staff and loyal customers. They are highly profitable and well positioned for growth with strong support from the ownership team.

The ideal candidate is a highly capable manager of a multi-site veterinary/medical/service operations with at least 7+ years experience. Deep expertise in all areas of HR, finance, marketing, facilities and medical program support are critical. While not required, a CVPM certification is a plus.

As Regional Hospital Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering hand-in-hand with the ownership team to develop and execute regional:
    • Strategic planning
    • Marketing
    • Financial management
    • Vendor relationships
  • Day-to-day operational oversight of practice level managers:
    • HR/team management
    • Bookkeeping
    • OSHA compliance
    • Inventory
  • Development and implementation of non-medical protocols, best practices and staff training
  • Coordination and oversight of new, state of the art multi-doctor practices in the region
