Job description

Title: SAP S4 Senior Cutover Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (or willing to travel on-site Monday through Thursday)
Duration: 6 months
Description:
 
  • Lead cutover planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA go-lives.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to develop the integrated cutover plan.
  • Manage cutover activities including system shutdowns, data migrations, validations, and communications.
  • Monitor critical milestones and ensure timely completion of all cutover tasks.
  • Identify and mitigate cutover-related risks and issues.
  • Conduct cutover rehearsals and mock runs to ensure readiness.
  • Provide regular status updates to program leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and release processes.

Requirements:
 
  • SAP project experience, with at least 3 years in cutover management.
  • Proven experience managing cutovers for large SAP S/4HANA programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and technical components.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in high-pressure go-live environments.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
