To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou scolarite equivalente.

Posseder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.

Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprie, des colis pesant jusqu'a 150lb.

Un (1) an d'experience dans le domaine du service a la clientele

Atteindre la note de passage a l'evaluation des conducteurs avant l'embauche.

Une certaine connaissance des activites de Federal Express Canada et de la reglementation douaniere canadienne serait souhaitable.

Bonnes competences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.

Bonne maitrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation

Excellentes habiletes pour le service a la clientele

Capacite de mener plusieurs taches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.

Etre pret a se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de meme que pendant les conges si les besoins de l'entreprise le justifient.

One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred

Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment

Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
