Malton Electric is hiring a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Virginia, MN. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of electric motors with excellent sales skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promote our services, and act as a liaison between
in-house jobs and the customer effectively. This role involves both inside and outside sales responsibilities requiring industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach. Desired experience is 3–5 years; however, we are open to candidates who demonstrate strong potential, cultural fit, and a willingness to learn. Compensation is dependent on experience
Objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors by understanding their needs, providing solutions and keeping them informed regarding job-status.
  • Maintain existing relationships with customers while acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional and positive image of the company in all interactions with customers, vendors and competitors that reflect the company's strong commitment to quality service.
Qualification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred.
  • Sales, industry knowledge, and professional experience are highly desirable.
