Here's What You Can Expect When You Join the Wiers Team:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Fleet Partner Program customers throughout their entire journey with Wiers. This person will orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences, leverage AI technology to enhance communications, coordinate preventative maintenance adherence, and serve as the primary champion for customer needs. You'll work closely with operations teams across all Wiers markets to deliver consistent, exceptional service that aligns with our brand promises. An ideal candidate will preferably reside in Indianapolis, IN and be open to regular travel.
What You'll Do:
  • Champion Customer Success: Conduct regular in-person visits with Fleet Partners to strengthen relationships and proactively address issues
  • Drive Exceptional Onboarding: Ensure new Fleet Partners are onboarded correctly and timely, setting the foundation for long-term success
  • Optimize Maintenance Operations: Coordinate with Service Center Managers and dedicated technicians to ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to, maximizing fleet uptime and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve Customer Challenges: Provide expert guidance on invoice questions, assist customers through complex repair decisions, and serve as the go-to resource for ad hoc customer needs
  • Leverage Technology: Use our Virtual Assistant platform, AI tools, and data analytics to provide customers with actionable insights and transparent communication

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or fleet operations within the commercial vehicle, fleet service, or related industries
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot highly preferred) and comfort with adopting new technologies including AI tools
  • People-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone, in person, and via email.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a solutions-oriented approach to customer challenges
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
