About The Job

En tant que stagiaire en Affaires Réglementaires, vous jouerez un rôle important afin de valoriser les bénéfices nutritionnels et santé du portefeuille Danone tout en assurant la conformité aux exigences canadiennes.

Votre mission principale consistera à développer une base de données sur les allégations, regroupant et justifiant les bénéfices de l’ensemble des produits commercialisés par Danone. Parallèlement, vous participerez à l'évaluation réglementaire et à la classification des produits Nutricia, contribuant ainsi aux décisions clés qui facilitent l'accès au marché et la conformité.

Responsabilités

  • Créer et structurer une base de données centralisée des allégations relatives aux produits; Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes (marketing, légal, réglementaire) pour comprendre leurs besoins et intégrer les données pertinentes.
  • Réaliser des évaluations réglementaires afin de classifier les produits Nutricia conformément à la réglementation canadienne.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de documents et de guides internes relatifs aux allégations et à la classification des produits.
  • Recueillir, structurer et organiser la position de Danone sur plusieurs sujets d’intérêt.
  • Appuyer les équipes internes pour des recherches et questions réglementaires.

About You
  • Étudiant au Baccalauréat en sciences et technologies alimentaires, en diététique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Bonne maitrise de Microsoft 365 et capacité à analyser, structurer, consolider et intégrer des données de sources multiples dans des systèmes efficaces et conviviaux (p. ex. bases de données Excel, outils SharePoint).
  • Capacité à exécuter des tâches exigeant concentration et rigueur.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la réglementation canadienne dans les secteurs de l'alimentation, des aliments à usage diététique spécial et des préparations pour nourrissons. 
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit). Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste, puisque celui-ci exige des communications fréquentes avec nos unités d’affaires, usines et partenaires d’affaires qui se situent à l’extérieur du Québec.

La fourchette de salaire base pour ce poste est comprise entre 24.97$/h et 28.54$/h. Le salaire final offert sera déterminé en fonction de facteurs tels que l’expérience pertinente et les qualifications, l’équité interne et les conditions du marché externe.

About The Job

As a Regulatory Affairs intern, you will play a key role in promoting the nutritional and health benefits of Danone's portfolio while ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop a claims database, compiling and substantiating the benefits of all Danone products. In addition, you will participate in the regulatory evaluation and classification of Nutricia products, contributing to key decisions that facilitate market access and compliance.

Responsabilities 

  • Build and structure a centralized database of product claims; Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, regulatory) to understand needs and integrate relevant data.
  • Conduct regulatory assessments and classification of Nutricia products under Canadian regulations.
  • Support the preparation of internal guidance and documentation related to claims and product classification.
  • Gather, structure, and organize Danone’s position on several topics of interest.
  • Support internal teams with regulatory compliance questions and research.

About You
  • Student in a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology, dietetics, or related field.
  • Good skills using Microsoft 365 with the ability to analyze, organize, manage, and integrate data from multiple sources into efficient, user-friendly system (e.g. Excel-based databases or SharePoint environment)
  • Ability to perform tasks that require concentration and rigor.
  • Strong interest in Canadian regulations in the food, food for special dietary use and infant formula sector. 
  • French & English (spoken and written). Bilingualism is required for this position, as it involves frequent communication with our business units, plants, and business partners located outside Québec.
The base salary range for this position is between $24.97/hour and $28.54/hour. The final salary offered will be determined based by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity, and external market conditions.
