Position Summary
The Client Care Assistant supports the client care team by assisting with data entry, electronic filing and reviewing paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team.

  • Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies (e.g., gloves) to caregivers or clients.

  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth coordination of client services.
