My office is currently seeking a Mandarin speaking Full-time on-site employees for my insurance and financial services office in Bellevue, WA.
Past Experience is preferred but not required.... Training is ongoing.

With your new expertise you will reccommend insurance products and financial services industry trends, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date, pivot and inform them of needs and gaps in their coverages.
Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, billings and insurance claims.
Provide guidance on insurance products and services.
Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets.

Day to day conversation mostly via phone with customers as well texts and emails. We expect you to interact with 50+ conversations daily.

Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.

Someone that is self aware, "can figure out what numbers are missing" without extensive explaination.... i.e. 1,3,5 (whats missing?)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!

Qualification:

Willing to pursue Property & Casualty Insurance License through the State of Washington (or already possess the license)
